Often the test automation tools like QTP are "on the shelf" failing to achieve the expected ROI.
Since we can convert our manual tests into QTP tests, we can turn under
utilized copies of QTP into very productive investments!
SpiralTest Consultants work in our offices and deliver tests cases over the web.
Step 1: Clients share information from business requirements,
screen shots, change documents, and any specific instructions for
SpiralTest Consultants.
Step 2: SpiralTest consultant(s) and client QA people
create the test cases using SpiralTest consulting aides.
Step 3: SpiralTest delivers the test cases over the internet as:
Test Narrative (TC*.doc),
Test Narrative (TC*.htm),
QTP tests,
QTP function libraries.
Step 4: The client [or SpiralTest] executes the tests using the Narratives or QTP.
